Chick Pea Pate (Hummus)

• 2 cups or 1 - 15oz can Chickpeas, cooked 
• 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
• 1/4 cup Tahini (sesame seed butter)
• 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
• 1/4 tsp Salt
• 1 Tbsp Parsley, finely chopped
• 1/2 tsp Ground Cumin
• 1/2 tsp Paprika

Directions  

• Drain chickpeas, reserving liquid
• Mash the chickpeas
• Add remaining ingredients and mix well using blender or food processor
• Should be creamy and spreadable
• If it is too dry, add some of the reserved liquid to achieve desired consistency
