Spinach Dip

Ingredients

  • 10 ounce package  Frozen Chopped Spinach 
  • 1 cup  Mayonnaise 
  • 1 cup  Sour Cream 
  • 1 medium  Chopped Onion 
  • 8 ounce can  Water Chestnuts 
  • 1 package  Lipton Country Garden Vegetable Soup , dry 

Notes

This recipe came from Glenna Crawford in Plano. Texas  


Serves 4+ 

Instructions

  •   Thaw spinach     
  •  Place on paper towels and press until barely moist     
  •  Combine all ingredients and mix well     
  •  Cover and chill several hours     
  •  Serve with vegetables or crackers
